We are seeking Retention Loan Officers to join our sales division focused on retaining our portfolio of loans. Retention Loan Officers specialize in maintaining and enhancing relationships with existing customers, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty, and creating customers for life. Are you a Loan Officer tired of working traditional 'leads' like your competitors? At Rosegate—a growing mortgage lender recently acquired by Rice Park Capital—we're scaling our portfolio retention sales team. This is an opportunity for Loan Officers to ditch traditional 'leads' and tap into a preexisting book of customers. You'll have direct access to our expanding mortgage servicing portfolio, giving you a steady stream of existing borrowers ready for refinance recapture, home equity, cash-out, and purchase opportunities.

If you're a driven, results-oriented Loan Officer frustrated with cold leads and inconsistent production, this is your chance to unlock uncapped earnings with warm, high-intent portfolio leads.

• Work inbound inquiries and proactive outbound leads from data triggers and our customer servicing portal—no more chasing low-quality prospects.
• Originate refinances, cash-out, home equity, and purchase loans with motivated, pre-qualified borrowers.
• Consistently hit (and exceed) targets for call volume, talk time, pull-through, and conversions.
• Build genuine, long-term relationships by understanding client needs and delivering tailored solutions.
• Educate borrowers on options and market conditions to secure their loyalty and keep loans in portfolio.
• Partner with dedicated underwriting, processing, and servicing teams for fast, seamless closings.
• Maintain meticulous documentation in full compliance with regulations.
