Core Responsibilities- Serve as the primary point of contact between clients and creditors to secure past-due funds.
- Track designated accounts to ensure timely identification and follow-up on delinquent balances.
- Reach out to customers to begin the recovery cycle and address any barriers to payment.
- Create effective repayment strategies to help improve overall collection success rates.
- Review account details to fix any inconsistencies in billing or payments.
- Keep precise documentation of all collection activities and account statuses.
