Strategic Finance Manager

We are looking for a Strategic Finance Manager to own the quantitative core of our finance function. This is a hands-on, high-ownership role: you'll own the company financial model end-to-end, write the playbook for our core FP&A processes, and be the person who goes deep on the numbers behind major decisions.

You'll work directly with senior Finance leadership and functional leaders across the company. This isn't a support role — you'll take ownership of your work, handle novel problems independently, and improve our financial infrastructure as the business scales.

We're growing fast, so the model and the work are always changing. If you want to build and run complex financial systems at a company where your output is visible to leadership and shapes real decisions, this is the role.

• Financial Model Own Omni's company financial model end-to-end: maintain the 5-year model, run scenario analyses, and build new components as the business evolves.

• FP&A Cadence Run the core monthly and quarterly cycle: variance analysis, actuals-vs-budget reporting, and quarterly forecasting across the company. Partner with Accounting to keep financial data flowing cleanly into FP&A models.

• Budgeting Lead the annual budget process: work with department leaders to build departmental budgets, roll them into a company-wide budget aligned to the financial model, and manage budget governance throughout the year.

• Commissions Own the commission model and monthly payout calculations; partner with Sales and Rev Ops leadership to keep it accurate as comp plans change and the sales team grows.

• Ad Hoc Analysis Run financial analysis to support strategic decisions across the company — pricing, hiring plans, investment cases, and similar one-off requests from leadership.

• 5-7+ years of experience in FP&A, investment banking, corporate finance, or consulting

• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets modeling skills; comfortable building financial models from scratch

• Deep familiarity with SaaS business models and core SaaS metrics (ARR, NRR, CAC, LTV, churn)

• Experience running FP&A workflows: variance analysis, budget vs. actuals, forecasting

• Comfortable operating in a fast-moving startup where scope evolves

• Experience at a scaling startup.

This is a fully remote role open to candidates based anywhere in the US.
