To learn more about our innovative loan solutions please visit  or email us at  Overview The Wholesale Operations Manager will be responsible for managing the end-to-end mortgage process, from loan origination to closing and servicing, ensuring operational efficiency, compliance with regulations, and adherence to company standards. This role will involve leading a team, optimizing processes, and ensuring excellent customer service while meeting financial and compliance goals.

This role is hybrid in office in the Ballantyne are of Charlotte, NC 3 to 4 days a week.

What You'll DoManage and lead a Wholesale Operations team consisting of Account Managers while building a culture of teamwork and mutual supportiveness

Provide daily oversight of the team to ensure loans are completed according to established policies and procedures and within all TRID, federal, and state regulatory requirements

Manage the daily pipeline to ensure loans are closed or dispositioned timely

Work closely with all team members to ensure they are providing a high level of service and meeting partner expectations

Partner with internal staff (e.g., Underwriter, Processor, Closer, Operations Management) and clients throughout the origination process to ensure efficient, quality closings

Work closely with underwriting management throughout the loan process

Assist the team in handling loan-level questions and issues, and in preparing and disseminating updated mortgage origination and compliance standards and procedures

Work with vendors and various company departments to streamline processes, quality, and risk assessment

What We Need2+ years of previous management experience4+ years of mortgage operations experience

Complies with Deephaven policies and procedures

Completes all assigned training by required dates

Ability to communicate effectively with others, both verbally and in writing

Organized, analytical, detail-oriented, self-motivated

Knowledge of current regulatory compliance requirements

Ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality

Presents self in a professional manner and can interact with all levels of the organization and outside contacts appropriately

Proficient in MS Office, including Word and Excel College degree or comparable work experience

Ability to complete responsibilities effectively and efficiently with minimal direction
