K&L Gates is seeking a Capital Markets First Year associate to join our Charlotte office in the fall of 2027 (2027 JD).
Ideal candidates will have a strong academic background and demonstrated interest in corporate and securities law. You will work closely with the Capital Markets team on public and private offerings, reporting and governance matters, with mentoring and increasing client contact.
Base compensation is $225,000 per year, with the final salary determined during the interview process.
