Job Overview
Law firm seeks a Leveraged Finance Associate to join its Global Finance group in Charlotte, NC. The ideal candidate will have 3-6 years of experience in leveraged finance, working with a diverse range of clients in various finance transactions.
Responsibilities- Represent borrowers, lenders, and private equity sponsors in finance transactions.
- Engage in domestic and cross-border acquisitions, recapitalizations, and restructurings.
- Participate as a key member of deal teams, managing transactions from due diligence to closing.
- 3-6 years of leveraged finance experience.
- Experience with middle market lending and alternative financiers preferred.
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree.
- Bar admission in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
- Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
