We are seeking a skilled and passionate Licensed Cosmetologist and/or Nail Tech to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in their licensed field, with an emphasis on providing exceptional customer service. As an employee, you will be responsible for delivering high‑quality services while ensuring a clean and sanitary work environment. Your expertise in color theory and various techniques will enhance our clients' experience and satisfaction.

• Perform a variety of nail, hair, esthetic services including manicures (no acrylic), pedicures, gel nails, nail art, hair coloring, hair styling, hair cutting, head spa, facials, massage, extensions, waxing, tinting and/or lamination.
• Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in accordance with health regulations.
• Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
• Educate clients on proper care and maintenance techniques.
• Upsell additional services such as hair extensions, eyelash extensions, body waxing, and esthetics, and/or manicure, etc.
• Assist in retail sales by recommending products that complement the services provided.
• Stay updated on the latest trends in technology and beauty treatments.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive salon environment.

• Proven experience as a Cosmetologist and/or Nail Tech
• Strong knowledge of state board principles including sanitation practices, color theory, and nail care techniques.
• Familiarity with multiple beauty services.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
