• A valid North Carolina cosmetology or barber license
• Prior leadership, management, or supervisory experience preferred (salon experience a plus)
• Passion for cutting hair and developing other stylists and barbers
• Exceptional customer service and interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some evenings and weekends
• Reliable, committed to excellence, and genuinely cares about the team
• Strong industry passion and a track record of building client relationships
