FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers of Ballantyne is hiring a compassionate and motivated Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our growing outpatient clinic. We provide one‑on‑one, personalized care and have a supportive team culture where patients and staff truly matter.

• Support the Physical Therapist during patient evaluations and assessments.
• Contribute to the development of personalized treatment plans tailored to each patient’s unique needs and goals.
• Guide patients through prescribed exercises and therapeutic activities.
• Track and observe patient progress, reporting any updates or concerns to the Physical Therapist.
• Accurately document treatment sessions and collaborate with the Physical Therapist and other healthcare professionals as needed.

• Active North Carolina PTA license required
• Experience preferred, but open to strong new grads
• Great communication & positive attitude
• Friendly, reliable, team‑oriented personality
• Spanish bilingual is a plus (not required)
