Position: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) / Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC)

Role Description

This is a part‑time remote role for a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) / Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC). The professional in this role will provide compassionate mental health counseling and support tailored to clients’ needs, focusing on underserved populations. Responsibilities include conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, delivering individual and/or group therapy sessions, offering trauma‑informed care, coordinating case management services, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.

The role requires maintaining accurate documentation and providing culturally competent care.

Qualifications
  • Proven expertise in Social Work and Medical Social Work, with a focus on providing personalized and community‑oriented care.
  • Strong knowledge and experience in Mental Health and Behavioral Health interventions and treatments.
  • Proficiency in Case Management and coordinating resources to support client needs holistically.
  • Active license as an LCSW or LCMHC.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills; ability to work independently and remotely.
  • Experience working with refugees and immigrants, as well as knowledge of trauma‑informed care, is highly beneficial.
  • Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field is required.
