Role Overview

As an RBT Level 2, you’ll be a trusted clinical teammate under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). You’ll provide high‑quality, direct ABA services, coach and support fellow staff, contribute to assessments and behavior plans, and help create positive, supportive environments where people can thrive.

Key Responsibilities
  • Teach independence through communication, social, and daily living skills.
  • Apply ABA strategies to reduce challenging behaviors and build new, meaningful skills.
  • Collect, graph, and analyze data to guide treatment and demonstrate progress.
  • Collaborate within a supportive, multidisciplinary team committed to person‑centered care.
  • Make a real impact—every single day.
Available Settings
  • Tradewinds Education Center – Support students ages 5–21 with significant behavioral and developmental challenges in a therapeutic learning environment.
  • New Discoveries Learning Center – Work with preschoolers ages 3–5 in an inclusive setting that prepares them for kindergarten.
  • Youth & Adult Residential Programs – Provide care and skill‑building supports in our Children’s Residential Program (CRP) and Adult Residential Programs.
What We Offer

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in psychology, education, or a related field (required).
  • Demonstrated experience implementing ABA programs and coaching peers on protocol implementation (preferred).
  • Strong data collection, graphing, and reporting skills; comfort preparing data summaries for team reviews.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to give/receive performance feedback.
  • Ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant and to follow supervisory guidance.
  • Travel required; must have or be willing to obtain a valid New York State Driver’s License.
