Schedule: 8-Hour Day Shifts | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM | 40 hours/week
Setting: Outpatient Maternal Fetal Medicine (MFM) Clinic

Advocate Health Southeast is seeking an experienced High Risk OB Ultrasound Technologist to join a busy outpatient Maternal Fetal Medicine clinic in Charlotte, NC. This role supports high-risk OB populations and requires strong independent scanning skills in a specialized MFM environment.

• High-risk OB/GYN
• Multiple gestation pregnancies
• TTTS (Twin-to-Twin Transfusion Syndrome) assessment
• Advanced Maternal Age (AMA)
• Pre-existing maternal health conditions
• Fetal anomalies
• Abnormal fetal growth

Average volume: 6–7 patients per day per sonographer

• Minimum 2 year of Ultrasound Tech experience
• ARDMS – OB certification (required)
• BLS certification
• Experience working with high-risk OB patients
• Ability to work independently

• Nuchal translucency (1st trimester scans)
• Umbilical artery and MCA Dopplers
• 4-chamber heart, LVOT, RVOT
• Aortic arch, ductal arch
• SVC-IVC
• 3 Vessel View (3VV)
