Bayada Home Health Care - - Responsibilities:
Follow a written plan of care by a registered nurse to provide personal care, household support, and companion care.;
Provide activities of daily living assistance (bathing, grooming, toileting, nail care).;
Perform light housekeeping, laundry, bed making, and meal preparation.;
Assist with ambulation and range of motion exercises, and use of mechanical lifting devices as needed.;
Monitor health with vital signs and medication reminders; travel to clients' homes as assigned.
