, we're seeking dedicated Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our center-based team.

As an RBT, you'll deliver 1:1 Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy in a structured, supportive center environment. Working closely with a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), you'll help children develop skills in communication, social interaction, play, and daily living.

• Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy to children with ASD
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed by a BCBA
• Collect and document session data accurately
• Support skill development using age-appropriate strategies
• Collaborate with the clinical team to monitor progress and adjust interventions
• Foster a safe, positive, and engaging learning environment

We're looking for individuals who are compassionate, motivated, and excited to grow within the field of behavioral health.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent (required)
• Experience in ABA, education, psychology, child development, or related fields is a plus
• Ability to pass a background check
