Description:

The role of the Interventional Radiology Tech involves working with both adult and pediatric patients.
Patients may come from the emergency department, intensive care units, nursing units, and outpatient settings.
The average number of patients per day is 25-30.
Team support consists of a lead tech, modality supervisor, and imaging manager.
The department comprises a diverse team with varying levels of experience.
Key equipment includes single-plane and bi-plane imaging technology.
Travelers will work consistent shifts as detailed in the contract without rotation between weekends and weekdays.
Call duty is scheduled based on a fair rotation among team members.
Travelers are expected to assist with holiday coverage unless prior approval for leave is granted.
