A BCBA-certified professional is needed for the Regional Director role, overseeing multiple clinic locations across North Carolina and South Carolina
. This leadership position involves mentorship, collaboration, and operational oversight
, ensuring high-quality ABA services for individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage clinic operations and ensure service excellence.
  • Lead clinic growth initiatives and drive positive change.
  • Supervise, mentor, and support Clinic Administrators and staff
    .
  • Monitor KPIs for clinic efficiency and service quality.
  • Develop strategies, goals, and initiatives in collaboration with senior leadership.
  • Handle clinic and client-related concerns
    , assisting with mediation and problem-solving.
  • Conduct performance evaluations for clinical team members.
  • Visit clinics regularly for in-person support and guidance
    .
  • Implement new service offerings (
    SLP/OT services, social skills groups, etc.).
  • Support new clinic launches and expansion efforts.
  • Foster community partnerships for enhanced wrap-around support.
Qualifications
  • Master's degree in ABA, Special Education, or a related field.
  • BCBA-certified with completion of the BACB's 8-hour Supervision Course
    .
  • Minimum five years of leadership experience in the ABA field.
  • Expertise in behavior management, instructional techniques, and interpersonal communication
    .
  • Strong knowledge of DTT & NET instructional strategies
    .
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook
    , and EMR systems (Central Reach preferred).
  • Ability to collaborate across multiple clinic locations effectively.
  • Commitment to maintaining required industry certifications (CEUs, CPR/First Aid, QBS: Safety Care, OSHA training).
Preferred Experience
  • Familiarity with BHCOE Accreditation standards
