We are searching for a Hospital Relations and Medical Education Manager to join our Administrative team.

The Manager, Hospital Relations and Medical Education, will build and manage meaningful partnerships under Ortho Carolina's hospital co-management and physician call agreements. In addition, this role will support the organization's physician medical education administration.

Essential Functions:

* Manage Ortho Carolina's service line management/hospital co-management programs

* Direct multiple monthly co-management Steering Committee and subcommittee meetings, these can be virtual or on-site at the hospital facility.  Major components of co-management meetings include the following:    develop meeting agenda and presentation,   update and distribute Facility Co-Management Metric Dashboard , coordinate committee action plans , drive discussion on future metrics .

* Supervise other team members who will manage individual service line management/hospital co-management programs.

* Support Ortho Carolina's co-management and hospital facility call invoices, payments, and distributions to OC and non-OC physicians

* Administrative support of Ortho Carolina's physician graduate medical education programs, including supporting the Ortho Carolina Corporate Fellowship Orientation program

Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree required

* 5 years management level experience in healthcare or related field required.

* Operational experience within complex healthcare environments, including strategic planning and financial oversight.

Skills & Abilities:

* Proven track record of providing thoughtful, strategic, collaborative and effective executive leadership with measurable results

* Clear, concise communicator with experience tailoring messages to diverse audiences.

* Exceptional presentation skills with the ability to present complex information to executive leadership and stakeholders

* Highly skilled and effective at implementation and follow-through

* Develops, tracks, and oversees facility co-management metrics

* Visionary and strategic thinking skills- great at connecting the dots and seeing patterns within systems and partnerships

* Knowledge and familiarity of the region and networks
