Pay Range$47.50 - $71.25

Atrium Health is seeking an Advanced Practitioner to support a growing wellness hub. The hub will launch with a comprehensive weight management program and plans to expand into other wellness offerings such as sleep health and cognition.
Highlights Of The Position- Schedule:
M-F 8a-5p, 34 patient contact hours (6 hours admin time weekly) - Advanced Practitioners with a care team approach
- Virtual weight management for new and established Atrium Health primary care patients
- Support with multi‑state licensing

- 3+ years of experience in Weight Management preferred
- Obesity Medicine Certification is required
