We are actively seeking Board-Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) who are motivated to make a difference and excited to grow with a company that truly values their expertise and dedication.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct initial assessments and reassessments
- Create individualized treatment plans
- Provide supervision and support to BTs/RBTs
- Conduct Parent Training sessions
- Develop and monitor data collection for all treatment goals
- Coordinate care with other professionals
- Stay up-to-date with the latest research and best practices in ABA and related fields.
