** Patient Services Coordinator
** to work with our team at our
** Contact Center
** location. Training for this role will be onsite and conducted out of our
** Matthews, NC
** office for the first three weeks of employment. The
** Patient Services Coordinator (PSC)
** serves as the initial point of contact for patients and healthcare providers within the clinic.

* Skills and Abilities:

** Ability to learn proprietary software applications.  Knowledge of medical terminology preferred.
*
* Qualifications:

** High school graduate, GED, or equivalent experience  One years’ experience in call center/medical setting involved with in
-bound calls, scheduling, patient flow, and patient care. Prior, direct experience in fast-paced customer service setting required.  Experience as MAA, MOA, Unit Secretary, EMT, or other healthcare certification, preferred.  Prior experience with Centricity, Touchworks, Cisco Call Manager, Cisco IP phone system, and EMR preferred.
* High school graduate, GED, or equivalent experience
* Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
* One year experience in call center/medical setting involved with in
-bound calls, scheduling, patient flow, and patient care.
* Prior, direct experience in fast paced customer service setting required.
* Experience as MAA, MOA, Unit Secretary, EMT, or other healthcare certification, preferred.
* Prior experience with Centricity, Touchworks, Cisco Call Manager, Cisco IP phone system, and EMR preferred.
