Required licenses include BLS, ACLS, and ARRT-R or equivalent or RCIS. RCES preferred.

Certifications:

BLS, ACLS
Must-Have: EP/structural scrub experience required. Prefer experience monitoring cases.

Description:

This position requires expertise in electrophysiology cases for adult patients.
Common procedures include Electrophysiology Studies (EPS), Catheter Ablations (PFA, Radio frequency, and Cryoablations), and Watchman Atrial Fibrillation.
Implantable devices will include device and laser lead extractions, cardiovascular interventions, pacemaker, defibrillator, and biventricular device implantations.
The role also includes management of conscious sedation and administration of pressors.
Charting will be performed in the electronic medical record system.
Interdisciplinary collaboration and adaptable practices are key components of the department culture.
The department values patient-centered focus, technical excellence, safety, and professionalism.
Candidates must be prepared to participate in a weekend call rotation and holidays as part of the contract.
Support will be provided within the department through various roles, including traffic flow coordinators and charge nurses.
Technical equipment utilized includes EMR systems, hemodynamic monitoring, IV pumps, and imaging systems.
