Conduct industrial hygiene assessments, including identification, evaluation, and control of workplace health hazards
Perform air monitoring, exposure assessments, and data interpretation related to asbestos, lead, mold, dust, and other environmental hazards
Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and state regulations
Support and/or deliver training programs (asbestos, lead, safety awareness, PPE, hazard communication, etc.)
Assist with state-approved training applications and certifications when applicable
Develop and implement health and safety programs, procedures, and reports
Conduct site inspections, audits, and risk assessments
Support project teams with technical guidance and regulatory compliance
Maintain proper documentation, reports, and compliance records
Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and internal teams
Requirements:
Bilingual (English & Spanish) – required
Proven industry experience in industrial hygiene, EHS, asbestos, lead, or related environmental health fields
Knowledge of OSHA, EPA, AHERA, and applicable state regulations
Experience with training delivery and field supervision preferred
Strong organizational, communication, and reporting skills
Must live in Charlotte, NC or nearby areas
