Urgent Care Family Nurse Practitioner; FNP​/Physician Assistant; PA

Seeking a licensed Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for a full-time, on-site urgent care role in North Carolina.

• Provide autonomous, acute and episodic care, including procedures like laceration repair, abscess drainage, and wound care.
• Assess, diagnose, and treat patients, order and interpret diagnostic tests, and prescribe medications.
• Work in a fully equipped clinic with established workflows, managing approximately 3–4 patients per hour.
• Schedule involves 3 days of 12-hour shifts per week, rotating weekends, with no on-call duties. Shifts are self-scheduled, with additional hours available for extra pay.
• Compensation ranges from $55–$70/hour, with benefits including health insurance, 401(k), paid time off, CME allowance, and more.
