Client Access Coordinator

• The Client Access Coordinator is responsible for establishing a professional and supportive “first contact”; ensuring clients and their families feel a sense of welcome
• Provide general information on the ABA program and locations
• Conduct initial screenings for clients seeking ABA services, referrals, and benefits for new clients & provide timely follow-up on phone calls and inquiries
• Collect basic information from clients to begin the Intake process
• Verify client information and benefits
• Maintain accurate documentation of service requests, testing, and referrals
• Verify client eligibility weekly
• Monitor and distribute faxes to team members

• Experience using electronic medical record applications (Central Reach preferred).
• Working knowledge of HIPAA regulations
• Excellent interpersonal skills, good oral and written communication skills
• Good organization and time management skills
• Excellent organization and problem-solving skills
• Must have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office or Gmail office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Bachelor’s Degree
• Bilingual Skills Highly Preferred
• Must be self‑motivated driven, bring energy, and good communication skills
• Must convey a sense of passion for helping children with autism through ABA therapy
• Time management and organization

$19.71 - $19.71 an hour
