Join a mission-driven, community-based ABA provider making a difference across the greater Charlotte, NC area. We’ve partnered with them to find passionate Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) who want flexibility, collaboration, and meaningful impact in their work.

• Work with children and adolescents.
• Collaborate with a compassionate interdisciplinary team (speech and OT professionals).
• Opportunity to work onsite at the new Farm location – children will be outside with nature and animals including llamas, goats, sheep, horses, and chickens.

• Deliver high-quality ABA services with clinical oversight and individualized treatment planning.
• Conduct assessments, implement treatment plans, and track progress to celebrate success with families.
• Provide training and supervision of Behavior Technicians and Registered Behavior Technicians through observations, meetings, performance coaching and other methods
