• Days: 7:00am - 7:00pm
• Night: 7:00pm - 7:00am

• Join Novant Health as a direct hire Certified Nurse Assistant I (CNA I).
• Rotate between multiple units to find the best fit for your skills and career goals.
• Find your Perfect Match within 4 weeks (or earlier if preferred).

Eligible Certified Nurse Assistants (CNAs) can rotate for a week at a time through different units within an identified specialty area (Med-Surg, Critical Care, Intermediate Care, or Emergency Department). Throughout your Perfect Match rotation(s), you will experience different clinical units, identify team dynamics and leadership style. Ready to find your Perfect Match? • Education:
  
  High School Diploma or GED, required.
• Experience:
  
  One year preferred.
• Licensure/certification/registration:
  Completion of NA I program, required. Listed with the nurse aide registry as an NA I, required. Medication Safety - AME, required. NC state approved curricula for restrictive interventions (facility specific) within 3 months of hire for Emergency Departments and Behavioral Health units, required.
• Additional skills preferred:
  Basic computer skills for documentation.
