Starting with our flagship venue in Charlotte's Lower South End, Rally is reinventing recreation, and we’re looking for enthusiastic, hospitality-oriented individuals to join our front‑of‑house team!

• Greet guests as they enter the venue with a smile and a friendly attitude.
• Maintain a pace sufficient to keep up with different levels of guest visits.
• Assist with the general cleanliness of the reception desk and guest service areas.
• Assist guests with any pickleball‑ or service‑related questions.
• Answer the phone in a timely and friendly manner.
• Guide guests to seating areas and explain service protocols.
• Ensure a seamless hand‑off of guests to the captain or other appropriate team member.
• Assist guests with any in‑venue retail purchases, including apparel and merchandise.
• Maintain a tidy and welcoming reception area.
• Comply with all safety and sanitation guidelines and procedures.
• Get along with others and be a team player.
• Follow all rules, policies, procedures, and conditions of employment, including those outlined in the Associate Handbook.
• Other duties will be assigned as needed.

• Successfully complete alcohol awareness training.

• Show flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Be able to stand and walk for an entire shift and move safely through all venue areas, which may include stairs, uneven or slick surfaces.
• Work in a confined, crowded space of variable noise and temperature levels.
