THE ROLE

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Hospitality Manager to oversee our Charlotte operations. This role requires a dynamic leader who can manage multiple facets of hospitality, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and fostering a positive work environment for our team members.

What we will ask of you:

• Leadership & Team Development: Foster a positive, growth-oriented culture that empowers team members to excel. Encourage staff development and promote a collaborative environment.
• Operational Excellence: Oversee all aspects of property operations, including people, culture, communication, and processes. Ensure seamless operations and exceptional guest experiences.
• Community Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with local vendors, businesses, and farms to source quality products and engage the local community.
• Problem Resolution: Demonstrate strong problem-resolution skills, effectively addressing challenges and maintaining open communication with team members and the community.

Requirements for Success:

• 6+ years of successful hospitality management experience in a high-volume, upscale environment
• Passionate about internal hospitality and embracing IRHG's core values.
• Strong problem-resolution skills with exceptional organizational abilities and a keen eye for detail.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to navigate important conversations.
