Compass Group - Up to $18.00/hour - - Responsibilities:
Scrapes and rinses food from dirty dishes and washes them by hand or places them in racks or on conveyor to dishwashing machine depending on assigned equipment.;
Maintains complete cleanliness and sanitation of pots, pans, trays, dishes, and kitchen surfaces.;
Ensures compliance with outlined safety procedures and sanitation standards; keeps dish area orderly.;
Transfers supplies and equipment between storage and work areas; loads and unloads supplies.;
Removes trash and disposes of garbage; sweeps and mops kitchen floors to maintain cleanliness and safety.
