Maintain kitchen work areas and equipment in clean and orderly condition;
Operate dishwashing machines and other large equipment;
Wash dishes, pots, pans, utensils, and other food prep surfaces;
Segregate and remove trash and garbage to designated containers;
Assist with banquet table and front of the house set up as requested
