Role Description

This is a part-time, on-site role for a Bar Manager at SPICE Charlotte under 1221 Hospitality, located in the Charlotte Metro area. The Bar Manager will oversee daily bar operations, including managing staff, facilitating training, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include providing excellent service, maintaining inventory controls, executing marketing initiatives to drive sales, and fostering a collaborative work environment. The Bar Manager will also ensure a consistent and high-quality beverage program while upholding health and safety standards.

Qualifications
  • Strong skills in Customer Service and Communication to ensure guest satisfaction and effective team management
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Food & Beverage operations, including mixology and menu development
  • Experience in Training and mentoring staff for professional development and skill enhancement
  • Understanding of Sales and promotional strategies to drive revenue growth
  • Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Familiarity with local health and safety regulations
  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field is a plus
