Breakfast Attendant

Position Type: Part‑Time or Full‑Time, Hourly
Schedule: Early mornings, weekends & holidays required

The Breakfast Attendant helps start our guests’ day on the right note by preparing, replenishing, and maintaining the complimentary breakfast area while delivering warm, attentive service.

• Set up, maintain, and break down the breakfast buffet according to Hyatt Place standards
• Prepare light food items (e.g., eggs, breakfast meats, pastries, cut fruit, etc.) as required
• Ensure food quality, freshness, and proper temperature controls
• Keep breakfast and dining areas clean, well‑stocked, and inviting
• Greet guests, assist with special requests, and clear tables promptly
• Maintain cleanliness of back‑of‑house prep and storage areas
• Adhere to food safety, sanitation, and health department standards
• Communicate product needs and equipment issues to leadership
• Support F&B and front desk teams as needed

• Prior hotel or restaurant experience is a plus, but not required
• Ability to work early‑morning shifts reliably
• Strong attention to cleanliness, organization, and guest service
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift/carry up to 30 lbs
• Competitive hourly wage based on experience
