La Pearle‘ Caviar is looking for an energetic, dependable Event and Catering Assistant to support our luxury catering and caviar tasting experiences.
This is an as-needed role for someone who thrives in hospitality and wants to work elevated private and corporate events across Charlotte.
What you’ll be doing :- Setting up stunning caviar displays and service stations
- Supporting event flow from arrival to breakdown
- Interacting with guests in a polished, professional way
- Representing the brand and sometimes serving guests
- Packing, organizing, and keeping everything running smoothly
- Punctual. Always.
- Calm under pressure and solution-driven
- Polished appearance
- Experienced in catering, restaurant, or event work
- Comfortable speaking with guests
- Energetic and ready to move
- Equipped with reliable transportation

Requirements:- Proven experience in event planning or management within hospitality
- Excellent communication and organizational skills with keen attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines
- Reliable transportation
- Demonstrated time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
