Talent Acquisition Lead

Overview

Remote (North Carolina preferred) | Periodic travel to Raleigh area

The organization is expanding across large operational facilities and corporate teams, with immediate hiring needs spanning hourly plant and warehouse roles, salaried professionals and managers, and senior leadership. Talent acquisition is being elevated to keep pace — with leadership support and a clear mandate to move.

From day one, you’ll be working alongside senior executives, HR, and operations leaders to translate growth plans into a hiring roadmap and start executing against it. This role reports directly to the top HR executive and partners closely with business leadership

• You’ll help shape the hiring plan, prioritize roles, and get searches moving quickly
• You’ll be hands-on from the start while putting the building blocks in place for a more scalable TA function

This role is a strong fit for a Manager, Senior Manager, or early-career Director who enjoys being close to the action, working through complexity, and building capability as the business scales. Fast.

• Step in and partner with leaders to build an actionable hiring plan and execution rhythm
• Personally lead recruiting across salaried professional and management roles
• Partner with local staffing agencies to support hourly and temporary hiring at large facilities
• Work closely with external search firms on HQ executive-level searches
• Establish core TA processes, tools, and metrics that support speed and quality
• Own the ATS (ADP ATAS), hiring metrics, and visibility around hiring progress and priorities
• Bring consistency, judgment, and follow-through to a growing hiring environment

• 7-15+ years of talent acquisition experience
• Hands-on experience supporting large plant, warehouse, distribution, or manufacturing environments
• Proven ability to recruit across hourly, professional, management, and executive roles
• Comfortable operating as a senior individual contributor while partnering directly with leaders at all levels
• Strong judgment, organization, and ability to move quickly in a growing, evolving environment
• Experience in manufacturing, life sciences, distribution, logistics, or other multi-site operational settings strongly preferred
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and balancing urgency with sound hiring judgment
