Job Summary

The Human Resources Administrator provides essential administrative and operational support to the HR department. This role ensures accuracy in HR systems, assists with learning & development programs, and coordinates employee engagement programs. The position plays a key part in maintaining compliance, supporting organizational initiatives, and delivering a positive employee experience.

Job Responsibilities

A. Essential

Job Duties

* Provide ongoing administrative support to the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO), including calendar management, meeting logistics, preparation of metrics, and budget administration.

* Assist in administering HR policies and procedures, ensuring confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive information.

* Maintain accurate HR data within the talent management system (ADP) and produce reports and metrics as needed.

* Perform ADP administrative tasks such as resetting employee passwords and configuring the Home Page.

* Support the talent acquisition process by assisting with candidate pre-screening, scheduling interviews, and coordinating background checks.

* Handle HR administrative duties including file organization, employee record maintenance, employment verifications, HR calendar management, office supply ordering, and coordination of HR staff meetings.

* Assist with HR budget process and Board report preparation.

* Assist with the CRVA Recognition Program, and lead the Special Occasion program, including service awards and holiday gift card distribution.

* Support Learning & Development initiatives. Accountable for the new hire onboarding bi-weekly program including new hire photos, tours and logistics.

* Manage employee ticket giveaways and distribution.

* Organize meetings and prepare agendas; provide support for other meetings and assist with HR team projects as needed.

* Perform other duties as assigned.

* Consistently deliver the best in customer service. Model and be accountable ensuring that customers are always put first by living the CRVA Service Philosophy to deliver memorable customer experiences

* Champion CRVA's mission, vision and core values and comply with organizations policies and procedures.

Scope of Responsibility

* This job will have regular access to confidential data including financial statements, company records and/or minutes, customer quotes, product costs, and company plans, designs, and/or programs.

Supervisory Responsibility
