Job Description

We are looking for a Human Resources Business Partner to join our growing team. In this role, you will report directly to the Director, Talent Strategy & HR Business Support. In this strategic role, you will serve as a trusted advisor and key partner to senior leadership, driving initiatives that align talent strategies with business objectives. Your focus will be on enabling business success through leadership coaching, strategic workforce planning, and fostering a high‑performance culture.

  • Leadership Advisory: Act as a thought partner and trusted advisor to senior leadership, providing insights and recommendations on talent strategies, organizational design, and workforce planning to achieve business goals.
  • Strategic Workforce Planning: Collaborate with senior leaders to identify future business needs and develop a proactive people strategy, aligning talent pipelines and organizational readiness.
  • Cultural Stewardship: Champion company values and build high‑performance work systems, ensuring alignment with organizational culture, employee engagement, and DEI initiatives.
  • Talent Development: Lead talent reviews, succession planning, and leadership development efforts to build a pipeline of future‑ready leaders, ensuring organizational resilience.
  • Performance Enablement: Drive the performance management process, equipping leaders with tools and coaching to deliver effective, timely feedback that aligns employee performance with strategic objectives.
  • Organizational Effectiveness: Partner with COEs to deploy and optimize HR programs, ensuring relevance to the business while driving continuous improvement in efficiency and outcomes.
  • Change Management: Lead HR components of organizational change initiatives, acting as a driver of transformation and a coach to leaders in navigating complexity.
  • Metrics & Analytics: Use data‑driven insights to guide decision‑making, identify opportunities, and measure the success of HR programs and their impact on business outcomes.
Duties & Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary HR advisor to senior leadership, providing expertise in talent management, leadership development, and workforce planning.
  • Build trusted relationships with leaders and stakeholders to influence decisions, challenge the status quo, and drive a strategic HR agenda.
  • Partner with business leaders to identify and address current and future talent needs, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities.
  • Facilitate strategic discussions and processes, including workforce planning, talent reviews, and organizational design.
  • Collaborate with COEs to ensure seamless execution of talent acquisition, DEI, performance management, learning and development, and compensation strategies.
  • Equip leaders with the tools and frameworks to manage and develop their teams effectively, fostering accountability and engagement.
  • Act as a change leader by designing and implementing strategies that address organizational challenges, support transformation, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Advocate for employees by addressing concerns, creating positive employee experience, and providing guidance on sensitive matters with diplomacy and empathy.
  • Leverage external market insights and industry trends to inform and shape HR strategies that position the organization as a leader in talent and innovation.
