Talent Manager, HR Manager, Employee Relations
Through proactive insight, data‑driven recommendations, and strong business acumen, the People Partner plays a critical role in enabling talent, shaping culture, and driving sustainable business results across a complex global organization.
In this role, you will partner closely with leaders in your designated function, leveraging broad HR expertise to guide them through a dynamic and transformative business environment. You will provide support across the full employee lifecycle and HR calendar activities. We are seeking an experienced HR professional to join the team in Charlotte, NC.

In this role, you will:Lead the annual People Cycle, including performance, talent, succession, compensation, capability building, and engagement, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Partner with leaders to identify capability gaps and implement targeted development initiatives. Facilitate leadership development programs and provide coaching to strengthen leadership effectiveness, decision‑making, and overall team performance.
2. Organizational Development & DesignAdvise on organizational structure, role clarity, and workforce planning to align with business strategy. Support transformation initiatives through effective change management and partner with leaders to ensure operating models and processes drive strong business performance.
3. Workforce Planning & People AnalyticsLeverage workforce analytics to inform strategic planning and anticipate talent needs. Analyze retention and mobility trends to mitigate risks and shape effective workforce plans. Advise leaders on retention strategies and build capability in budgeting, compensation, and talent investment decisions.
4. Employee Relations, Risk Mitigation & ComplianceServe as a trusted advisor on complex employee matters, ensuring alignment with company values, legal compliance, and balanced risk management. Oversee employee transitions, including complex exits, with consistency and clear communication.
5. Business Partnership & Strategic ConsultingAct as a strategic partner to leaders, shaping people strategy and long‑term workforce planning. Build strong relationships to proactively address people‑related risks and opportunities, support the implementation of HR initiatives, and deliver data‑driven insights that connect talent priorities to business outcomes.
Demonstrates a strategic mindset and strong influencing skills, with the ability to coach leaders and drive informed decision‑making. Communicates effectively across all levels, navigates change with agility, and fosters an inclusive, high‑performing culture. Maintains strong execution discipline, manages competing priorities, and is flexible to travel as needed.
What you bring:- Bachelor’s degree preferred in human resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or related field
- 7+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3+ years in a Business Partner or strategic HR advisory role.
- Demonstrated experience supporting senior leaders and influencing at multiple levels across a complex or matrixed organization.
- Proven track record leading components of the People Cycle (performance, talent, succession, compensation, engagement).
- Experience in organizational design, workforce planning, and supporting business transformation or change initiatives.
- Strong capability in organizational assessment, job leveling, and role design.
- Skilled in talent assessment frameworks, competency models, and leadership development approaches.
- Ability to interpret data and trends using analytics tools, engagement surveys, or workforce dashboards.
