** About the Role
** We’re looking for a strategic, hands-on
** Associate Director, HR Business Partner
** to support a highly dispersed field and sales organization across North America. In this role, you’ll partner with leaders in operations and sales, leading 2 HR business partners to deliver consistent, high-quality HR support across branches and regions. You’ll balance workforce planning, labor/union issues, and employee relations with talent development, sales force enablement, and leadership effectiveness.
** What You’ll Do
*** Partner with
** Ops and Sales leaders
** on org design, workforce/salesforce planning, succession, and talent pipeline.
* Drive
** talent development
** for frontline leaders and sales managers; support leadership programs and succession planning.
* Guide
** sales force effectiveness
** through incentive design and onboarding/ramp-up programs.
* Lead complex
** employee relations
** issues.
* Partner on comp & rewards, culture, engagement, and change initiatives (M&A, systems, realignments).
* Use HR and sales analytics (turnover, attrition, quota ramp-up, succession health, engagement) to drive decisions.
** Required Qualifications
*** Bachelor’s degree
* 8+ years of HR experience
** Preferred Qualifications
*** Master's degree
* Prior
** people leadership experience** — managing, coaching, and developing HR professionals
* Strong background in
** talent development, sales support, workforce planning, and Employee Relations**.
* Familiarity with
** sales incentives and union/non-union workforce issues**.

This position is entitled to short-term cash incentives, subject to plan requirements.

** Pay Range
