Ferretti Search is excited to partner with a growing manufacturing firm as they seek their next HRIS Manager with deep SAP Success Factors expertise.
This role is designed for a hands‑on HRIS leader who can balance system ownership, team leadership, and continuous platform optimization.
Key Responsibilities- Own overall performance and optimization of the Success Factors environment
- Lead system enhancements, upgrades, and process improvements
- Ensure data integrity, reporting accuracy, and governance standards
- Oversee user access, workflows, and system controls
- Partner cross‑functionally with HR, Finance, and operational stakeholders
- Lead and develop HRIS resources
- 5+ years of progressive HRIS experience
- Strong working knowledge of SAP Success Factors
- Experience supporting or leading system implementations or major enhancements
- Configuration, reporting, and workflow management capability
- Prior people leadership or team oversight experience
