Senior Director, People & Culture Business Partner is a pivotal, strategic leadership role supporting key business functions within the Global Support Center. As a trusted advisor and thought partner, this leader collaborates closely with executive teams to shape organizational culture, unlock talent potential, and drive people-centered strategies that advance the company’s long-term vision. This highly influential role blends strategic foresight with operational excellence—guiding senior leaders, anticipating future organizational needs, and architecting solutions that elevate performance, engagement, and organizational health.

HERE’S A TASTE OF WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
  • Serve as a strategic advisor to executive and functional leaders, influencing decisions that drive business outcomes and organizational success.
  • Lead through influence
    , supporting leaders and their teams through coaching, development, and strategic guidance.
  • Apply advanced knowledge of talent management, performance, organizational effectiveness, and workforce planning to design solutions that address evolving business needs.
  • Act as a champion for culture and change
    , supporting leaders through periods of transformation and guiding teams to adopt new ways of working.
  • Coach and develop leaders to enhance their capabilities in engagement, performance, feedback, development, and team leadership.
  • Partner with HR Centers of Excellence to design holistic, scalable solutions and allocate resources effectively.
  • Ensure organizational compliance and mitigate risk
    , applying sound judgment and understanding of employment laws and regulations.
  • Interpret, evolve, and implement People & Culture policies and programs that reflect organizational values and support business priorities.
  • Actively lead and contribute to enterprise-level initiatives
    , transformation efforts, and cross-functional projects.
YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS
  • Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years of progressive People & Culture / HR leadership experience
    , including significant work with senior executives.
  • Proven ability to influence C‑suite leaders and shape decisions that drive broad business impact.
  • Strong business, financial, and organizational acumen
    —able to connect people strategies to enterprise outcomes.
  • Exceptional communication, storytelling, and relationship-building skills.
  • Demonstrated expertise across modern HR practices
    , including talent management, leadership development, organizational design, and performance.
  • Strong record of leading and enabling change in complex, matrixed environments.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities while delivering high-value, strategic outcomes.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master’s degree in HR, Business, Organizational Development, or related field.
  • Professional HR certification (e.g.,
    PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP
    ).
  • Industry experience within Retail, Food Retail, or similarly-paced, customer-centric sectors
    .
  • Public company experience.

Ability to efficiently work in a hybrid (remote and in-office) environment
