Position Summary: The Full Cycle Senior Recruiter will be responsible for owning the end‑to‑end recruitment lifecycle for high‑impact roles across Good Life Companies. This role blends strategic sourcing, candidate management, and hiring manager partnership to ensure we consistently attract top‑tier talent.
This is not a passive recruiting role success requires proactive pipeline generation, relationship‑driven outreach, and a high sense of urgency. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment and is energized by building scalable recruiting processes while delivering an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience.
In addition to full-cycle recruiting ownership, the Recruiter will play a key role in supporting Good Life’s employer brand by elevating our hiring presence on Linked In. While not responsible for marketing execution, this role will collaborate closely with Marketing to ensure our recruitment efforts align with brand standards and contribute to increased visibility and candidate engagement.

What Success Looks Like In 12–18 Months
- A consistent pipeline of high‑quality candidates built through proactive sourcing and relationship‑based recruiting.
- Time‑to‑hire and time‑to‑fill metrics optimized across core roles, reducing bottlenecks and elevating hiring velocity.
- Strong trust established with hiring managers, resulting in improved alignment, rapid feedback loops, and predictable hiring outcomes.
- Recruiting processes and candidate experiences that reflect operational excellence, professionalism, and Good Life’s values.
- Data‑driven reporting and insights regularly shared to inform decision‑making and workforce planning.
- A strong, consistent employer brand presence on Linked In that increases reach, engagement, and inbound candidate flow.
- Hiring and brand-aligned messaging that resonates with target talent audiences and differentiates Good Life in the RIA and financial services space.
Full Recruitment Lifecycle Ownership
- Manage all stages of recruiting for assigned roles - from intake to sourcing to offer negotiation.
- Lead discovery/intake meetings to clarify role requirements and ideal candidate profiles.
- Drive the hiring process with urgency and alignment, ensuring consistent communication with all stakeholders.
- Identify, engage, and nurture top talent using a blend of outbound sourcing, networking, referrals, and market research.
- Maintain warm pipelines for critical roles to support the company's rapid planned growth.
- Leverage tools, platforms, and creative strategies to reach passive candidates.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates, delivering a white-glove experience from first outreach to offer.
- Conduct screening and behavioral interviews to assess qualifications, cultural fit, and alignment with Good Life values.
- Communicate clearly and consistently with candidates regarding timelines and expectations.
