YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Development and implementation of a holistic recruitment strategy to attract the best talent for Alpitronic
• Conducting interviews and selection procedures to ensure qualified candidates are hired
• Identifying and engaging potential candidates through various channels, including social media, job boards and networks
• Collaborating with HR Business Partners and technical departments to understand requirements for open positions and optimise the application process
• Building and maintaining relationships with potential candidates, universities and other educational institutions to establish a talent pool
• Conducting employer branding activities, such as recruitment events, career fairs and company visits, to position the company as an attractive employer
• Analysing recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of the recruitment strategy and identify opportunities for improvement

• Degree in human resources management, business administration or a relevant field
• Several years of experience working as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, Recruiter, HR Business Partner or a similar roles in structured international companies
• In-depth knowledge of recruiting techniques, tools, structured interviews and evaluation methods
• Knowledge of job posting sites and professional social media platforms such as Linked In
• Strong interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with candidates and internal partners
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to quickly respond to changing requirements
• Very good knowledge of English, German and Italian
