Location
  • On-site 5 days a week in Charlotte NC (South End area)
What You Will Do
  • Manage all HR functions including benefits, employee relations and recruiting
  • Drive company culture with event and engagement surveys to continue their long-standing tenured employee base
  • Collaborate with HR leadership to develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and programs tailored to the needs of our environment.
  • Maintain accurate HR records and databases, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and internal policies.
The Background That Fits
  • Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 3-5 years of experience as an HR Generalist or similar role, with a strong understanding of HR processes and practices.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
