JOB OVERVIEW

Provide services and support as a Benefits Administration (Senior Benefits Administrator) in the Government And Public Services Industry Sector focussing on Human Capital Solutions for clients such as City of Charlotte (COC) | Charlotte Cooperative Purchasing Alliance (CCPA) Generally Located In CONUS - Charlotte, NC and across the Mid Atlantic Region (Of Country/World).

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES - Senior Benefits Administrator | Human Resources [COC

Oversee all benefits plans including health, dental, retirement.

Negotiate with vendors to secure cost-effective packages.

Ensure compliance with ERISA, ACA, and municipal policies.

Resolve escalated benefits issues.

Manage benefits communications and policy updates.
