The OpportunityWe are partnering with a private equity–backed technology and SaaS organization entering its next phase of accelerated growth. The company is seeking a high-impact Vice President of Human Resources to serve as a strategic business partner to the CEO/CFO and executive team.
This leader will play a critical role in scaling the organization, driving performance, strengthening leadership capability, and building a best-in-class talent infrastructure to support value creation and long-term exit strategy.
Key Responsibilities Talent Strategy & Performance Acceleration- Develop and execute a talent strategy aligned with aggressive growth targets and PE performance expectations.
- Lead full-lifecycle recruitment strategies for sales, engineering, product, and executive leadership roles.
- Build scalable talent acquisition processes that support rapid headcount growth while maintaining quality.
- Partner with leadership on workforce planning, succession planning, and leadership bench development.
- Build and optimize HR systems, processes, and controls appropriate for a PE-backed environment.
- Oversee compensation strategy, incentive design, and performance-based reward structures aligned with revenue and EBITDA growth.
- Lead payroll, benefits, and total rewards strategy across U.S. and international teams.
- Ensure compliance with U.S. and international employment laws, risk mitigation, and policy governance.
- Leverage data and workforce analytics to improve retention, engagement, and organizational efficiency.
- Partner with executive leadership on organizational design, M&A integration (if applicable), and scaling initiatives.
- Drive performance management frameworks that reinforce accountability and measurable outcomes.
- Strengthen culture while supporting operational discipline and execution rigor.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to the CEO and Board, contributing to strategic planning and growth initiatives.
- 10+ years of progressive HR experience, including senior HR leadership within a high-growth or PE-backed environment.
- Strong track record in recruiting and scaling sales and technical teams in SaaS or technology organizations.
- Experience supporting international teams and global compliance.
- Proven ability to build HR infrastructure in scaling organizations.
- Deep expertise in compensation strategy, incentive design, benefits, payroll, and compliance.
- Data-driven leader comfortable operating in performance-oriented environments.
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree or HR certification preferred.
- Global / International experience
