RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES - Senior Benefits Administrator | Human Resources [COC

Oversee all benefits plans including health, dental, retirement.
Negotiate with vendors to secure cost-effective packages.
Ensure compliance with ERISA, ACA, and municipal policies.
Resolve escalated benefits issues.
Manage benefits communications and policy updates.
