High Volume Security Recruiter

Join our team as a dynamic High Volume Security Recruiter and make a significant impact in a fast‑paced environment where your skills and passion for recruitment will shine.

Responsibilities
  • Perform direct recruiting and sourcing activities for open positions.
  • Develop potential recruiting sources by preparing research strategies; identify and qualify sources—including search engines, Boolean searches, chat rooms, message boards, organization lists, publications, home pages, colleges, institutes, and job fairs; build personal networks.
  • Move candidates through the applicant flow in the applicant tracking system.
  • Assess candidates for all levels of hire, from resume review to phone screens and skill assessments.
  • Coordinate drug tests, MVR/DMV reports, criminal background checks, and references.
  • Recruit security officers for a retail setting.
  • Explain company personnel policies, benefits, and procedures to job applicants.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • 2–5 years of recruiting experience, ideally in an industry with a large remote hourly workforce.
  • Proficiency in reading, writing, speaking, and understanding English.
  • Excellent interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills.
  • Outstanding computer skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems preferred.
  • Ability to pass pre‑employment drug screen and criminal background check.
