As a result of this growth, we’re looking to bring on a Senior Recruiter who’s ready to take ownership of search, client engagement, and business development.

This is not a “post-and-pray” role — we want someone who’s ready to pick up the phone, dig deep into technical roles, and become a trusted partner to both candidates and hiring managers.

• Conduct outbound recruiting (calls, emails, messaging) to technical and niche professionals
• Translate client intake calls into compelling outreach campaigns
• Present and pitch roles clearly and persuasively to candidates
• Identify, screen, and qualify candidates for client needs
• Build and nurture relationships with both clients and candidates
• Represent our firm’s brand with clarity, energy, and professionalism
• Help develop business and generate new client leads in our core markets

• 3–7+ years of agency recruiting experience (or hybrid in-house/agency)
• Experience with business development
• Strong experience with cold calling and outbound outreach
• Technical aptitude — you’re comfortable speaking to roles in engineering, chemicals, tech, or similar industries
• Comfortable working independently and managing your own pipeline
• Strong communicator — written and verbal
• Entrepreneurial mindset — sees opportunity and runs toward it
