About Us
Critical Fit Recruiting is coming off its best year ever — with record placements, deeper client relationships, and more opportunity than we’ve ever seen before.
As a result of this growth, we’re looking to bring on a Senior Recruiter who’s ready to take ownership of search, client engagement, and business development.
This is not a “post-and-pray” role — we want someone who’s ready to pick up the phone, dig deep into technical roles, and become a trusted partner to both candidates and hiring managers.
What You’ll Do- Conduct outbound recruiting (calls, emails, messaging) to technical and niche professionals
- Translate client intake calls into compelling outreach campaigns
- Present and pitch roles clearly and persuasively to candidates
- Identify, screen, and qualify candidates for client needs
- Build and nurture relationships with both clients and candidates
- Represent our firm’s brand with clarity, energy, and professionalism
- Help develop business and generate new client leads in our core markets
- 3–7+ years of agency recruiting experience (or hybrid in-house/agency)
- Experience with business development
- Strong experience with cold calling and outbound outreach
- Technical aptitude — you’re comfortable speaking to roles in engineering, chemicals, tech, or similar industries
- Comfortable working independently and managing your own pipeline
- Strong communicator — written and verbal
- Entrepreneurial mindset — sees opportunity and runs toward it
- Aggressive variable compensation (uncapped)
- 401(k) program
- Remote-first culture
- A seat at the table — with opportunity to grow
, develop a niche, and potentially lead in the future
You're not coming in to fill someone’s shoes.
You’re coming in because we’re growing to keep up with demand.
If you want to help build something meaningful, with the tools and support to win,
this is your role.
