0052051] for Program Support on a Contract Contingent location CONUS - Charlotte, NC, across the Mid Atlantic Region, supporting Government and Public Services Sector Human Capital Solutions through Temporary Help Services and Recruiting/Staff Augmentation capabilities for the City of Charlotte (COC).
Seeking Entry Level Payroll Specialist candidates with relevant Government And Public Services Sector experience to support professional services engagements for Government And Public Services Sector Clients such as COC. This is a Contract Contingent or Contract W-2 (IRS-1099) Payroll Specialist
Functional Area
Professional - Staffing Augmentation and Recruiting Services Position; however, Pro Sidian reserves the right to convert to a Full-Time Pro Sidian employed W-2 Position.
Job responsibilities and qualifications focus on Staffing Augmentation and Recruiting Services within the Government and Public Services sector.
Responsibilities and Duties- Supervise HR assistants and coordinators.
- Manage recruitment pipelines and onboarding processes.
- Coordinate training programs and professional development activities.
- Resolve escalated employee inquiries or complaints.
- Monitor HR compliance with regulations and internal policies.
Education / Experience Requirements / Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.
- 5+ years HR experience, with at least 2 in supervision.
